Whether you’re brand new to dance or looking to strengthen your skills, group classes are the perfect way to get moving, stay consistent, and build confidence — no partner required.
Our Group Class Pass gives you access to any eligible group class listed on the monthly calendar below, including Salsa, Bachata, Latin, and Ballroom styles. With a variety of classes and levels offered throughout the week, you can explore at your own pace, try something new, or maintain your dance training in a fun, supportive environment.

LATIN RHYTHMS
Calling all salsa lovers — ready to build your vocabulary, sharpen your skillset, and reconnect with the rhythm? Latin Rhythms is about bringing the salsa community back to life and making Mondays the night to be on the dance floor. Whether you’re returning after time away or looking to grow with intention, these classes are designed to meet you where you’re at while keeping the energy social, welcoming, and fun. Mondays feature beginner salsa at 7:00pm and intermediate salsa at 8:30pm, with a focus on foundations, musicality, styling, and confidence — everything you need to dance with more ease and individuality. No partner required. Classes are $30, or use one of your Group Class Pass credits to jump in. No reservations needed — just show up, move your body, and be part of the rhythm again.

TASTE OF WEST COAST SWING SERIES
Curious about West Coast Swing? This 5-week beginner-friendly series is the perfect introduction to one of today’s most versatile and in-demand social dance styles. West Coast Swing blends smooth partner connections with modern music — from pop and R&B to blues and contemporary hits — making it playful, expressive, and incredibly fun to dance. You’ll learn core foundations, timing, patterns, and connection skills in a welcoming environment designed to help you feel confident on the dance floor while continuing to build on your skills.
This B2-level series is ideal for dancers who have completed our B1 Taste of West Coast Swing and are ready to step things up a notch. While still beginner-friendly in nature, this round moves a little faster and expands on vocabulary, musicality, and connection. New dancers interested in joining are welcome to call the studio to inquire about placement, as spots may be available depending on experience and speed of learning.
Dates: March 24 – April 21, 2026
Schedule: Tuesdays, 7:45PM | 45 mins
Duration: 5 weeks
Level: Beginner-Friendly (B2* – prior B1* experience recommended)

Ready to take your West Coast Swing to the next level? This 5-week intermediate series is designed for dancers with prior West Coast Swing experience who want to refine technique, improve connection, and deepen musicality. Classes focus on cleaner patterns, smoother transitions, and more confident partner communication, helping you dance with greater control, creativity, and flow. This series is ideal for dancers looking to build consistency, polish their fundamentals, and feel more at ease on the social floor.

Level: I-3 (Intermediate Level 3 – instructor approval required)

FEMME FATALE:
FOUNDATIONS OF THE FEMININE
Foundations of the Feminine is a signature women’s-only training series for dancers seeking growth, versatility, and expressive depth in their movement. This immersive program develops technique, musicality, and performance presence through a rotating exploration of styles including contemporary, jazz, jazz-funk, musical theatre, hip hop, and sensual flow. The focus goes beyond aesthetics or heels — it’s about building confidence from the ground up, moving with intention, and growing within a supportive, like-minded community. Heels are always optional; authenticity is encouraged.
The Winter Series is currently closed for the season. However, dancers curious about the program are welcome to call the studio to inquire about drop-in availability as a way to experience the class and see if it’s the right fit.
Looking ahead, Spring registration will open later in March. If you’re interested in joining the next season, we encourage you to call the studio to add your name to the Spring waitlist and be the first to receive registration details once they’re released.

BACHATA BOOTCAMP:
BEYOND BASICS
Bachata isn’t just a pattern dance. It’s grounded, intimate, rhythmic, and deeply musical.
Led by Caroline Augustin and Bee Songvilay, this 90 minute workshop dives into the essential techniques that make bachata feel smooth, and expressive.
You’ll learn how to:

ST. PATRICK'S DAY - SOCIAL DANCE PARTY
Get ready to kick off spring with our annual St. Patrick’s Day Social, a high-energy night filled with dancing, connection, and a whole lot of green. This community favourite is all about coming together, letting loose, and celebrating what’s ahead — with good music, good people, and even better vibes.
Expect tons of social dancing across styles, with plenty for our swing lovers to enjoy, plus a fun, themed line dance taught during the night so everyone can jump in. Whether you’re practicing your skills, meeting new faces, or just here for the fun, this is a pressure-free night to dance, laugh, and fall back in love with the floor.
BYOB, dress in your best green, and come ready to move — our DJ will be keeping the energy high all night long.

One-on-one dance classes with our team of excellent dance instructors who will focus on your individual needs. Private dance classes are particularly best if you are new, so you can build a good foundation on the fundamentals of dance like form, rhythm & footwork at your own pace and in your own time.
