HOLIDAY HEELS WORKSHOP: "FEMME FATALE PRESENTS - SLEIGH ALL DAY"
Get ready to Sleigh All Day — Femme Fatale style.
This holiday special is your invitation to step into your sass, your sparkle, and your “Jingle Bell Rock” moment. Think Mean Girls meets modern-day bombshell — equal parts sexy, cheeky,
and show-stopping.
We’ll kick things off with a delicious full-body warm-up to connect to your breath, body, and confidence. Then, dive into a sultry holiday-inspired combo with a splash of musical theatre and jazz, designed to unleash your inner minx. Costumes are absolutely encouraged — think glam, glitter, or whatever makes you feel like the main character under the mistletoe. Class combos will have the option of being filmed.

HOLIDAY WORKSHOP: "UNWRAP YOUR GROOVE"
Get ready to find your groove this holiday season with a dance experience that blends the best of hip hop, musical theatre, and jazz funk — all wrapped in a freestyle flow that helps you feel confident moving anywhere. This beginner-friendly fusion class focuses on how to play with movement and turn dance steps into natural, social moves that feel good on any floor.
You’ll explore short combos, creative freestyle exercises, and mini performance sequences designed to help you unlock your own groove, rhythm, and expression. Perfect for both new dancers and those looking to loosen up their freestyle instincts before the new year.

FEMME FATALE PRESENTS: THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE FEMININE - THE WINTER SERIES
This winter, we’re taking a different kind of journey. Foundations of the Feminine is a 12-week program designed to strengthen the dancer, performer, and woman within. The season emphasizes foundation, versatility, and expressive artistry, helping you build technical strength, stability, flexibility, musicality, and emotional depth in movement. Over 12 weeks, you’ll explore six dynamic combinations inspired by contemporary, jazz, jazz-funk, musical theatre, hip hop, and sensual/flow-based styles — each highlighting a different shade of feminine expression.
This series isn’t just about heels or “looking sexy.” It’s about reconnecting with your movement identity, finding your voice, and dancing from your heart. Through guided drills, freestyle prompts, floorwork options, and performance coaching, you’ll develop stronger lines, posture, control, stamina, and presence — all within a supportive community of women. Heels are optional; being authentically you is not.
Dates: January 8th – March 26th, 2026 (no class February 19th)

- THE WINTER SERIES
Step into your power on the dance floor with The Groove Society,
an 11-week Freestyle Fusion program designed to expand your movement vocabulary and confidence. Perfect for dancers ready to move beyond standard combos, this series blends hip hop, jazz funk, musical theatre, and isolations/popping to help you explore your instinct with music and make confident movement choices. Each week, you’ll work through exercises, drills, and sequences that build versatility, musicality, and storytelling skills — all while learning to craft your own combinations with the teacher’s guidance.
This series isn’t just about steps; it’s about owning your space and stepping into the spotlight on the dance floor. Freestyle exercises, character development, and full-body warm-ups are woven throughout each session, helping you grow technically, creatively, and personally. This class creates a supportive community where adults of all levels can express themselves freely, build confidence, and elevate their performance presence.
Dates: January 11th – March 29th, 2026 (no class February 15th)

One-on-one dance classes with our team of excellent dance instructors who will focus on your individual needs. Private dance classes are particularly best if you are new, so you can build a good foundation on the fundamentals of dance like form, rhythm & footwork at your own pace and in your own time.
